RODA LAUNCHES NEW CONSTRUCTION MAGAZINE
Melbourne’s New Generation Builder RODA, has launched its brand new publication Building Spaces, a 50-page glossy print magazine designed to inspire and inform custom home building projects and multi-unit developments.
Created in collaboration with Sea Salt Marketing, Building Spaces was born from the boutique building company’s desire to provide accessible, informative and interesting construction information to the public.
“Last year during lockdown we had lots of time to really think about what homeowners are looking for when they begin their building journey. We wanted to provide a one-stop shop when it came to information around building a custom home or unit development,” says RODA Director David Maiolo.
Inside edition 1 of Building Spaces, you’ll discover how the RODA team tackled the challenges of COVID-19 as well as how the pandemic is still affecting the building trade. You’ll also find tips on budgeting for a build, the benefits of Design + Build and discover everything you need to know about investing in a multi-unit development.
There’s also plenty of inspiration to be found, with a range of in-depth articles about some of RODA’s most acclaimed projects to date. Edition 1 shines a spotlight on The Split House, a Preston home designed by FIGR, and a Mernda custom build dubbed ‘Story House’.
You’ll gain further insight into the world of RODA with a look inside the Style Studio, home to an extensive range of world-class products and materials, and a snapshot of the 40 per cent female team. Building Spaces also includes information on trending designs and a photo gallery of some of the best alfresco areas the RODA team has built over the last 15 years.
“We hope wherever you are in your building journey, you can pick up this magazine and learn about budgeting, investing and construction, while also getting some inspiration for your unique project,” says David Maiolo.
